Malla Reddy Institute of Medical Sciences is a private Medical College started in the year 2012-2013 with an intake of 150 seats and later it was increased by 200 seats with the kind permission given by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare as per the recommendations of the Medical Council of India. The College and the Hospital are situated in a sprawling campus and has a total built-up area of 10 acers comprising of 4 buildings. The College is equipped with Air Conditioned Lecture Halls with multimedia audio-visual aids and well equipped demonstration rooms and Laboratories attached with a 1250 bedded Teaching Hospital located at Suraram, Ranga Reddy District as per NMC norms. Malla Reddy Institute of Medical Sciences (MRIMS), under the aegis of ATLS India, is pleased to announce the 4th Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) Provider Course, scheduled from 12th to 14th June 2026 at Central Simulation Lab (CSL),MRIMS / MRV, Hyderabad. The ATLS Provider Course is a globally recognized program developed by the American College of Surgeons (ACS), equips doctors with a systematic and evidence-based approach to the early management of trauma patients.
The latest 11th Edition introduces the updated xABCDE approach, prioritizing early control of life-threateninghemorrhage, along with enhanced simulation-based learning, modern clinical guidelines, and a strong focus on team-based trauma care and communication.
The course follows a structured, evidence-based approach and includes expert-led lectures, hands-on skill stations, interactive discussions, and performance-based assessments. It aims to strengthen clinical decision-making, procedural skills, and team-based trauma care in emergency settings. Through this program, MRIMS/MRVcontinue to reinforce their commitment to excellence in trauma education, patient safety, and high-quality emergency care.
This intensive 3-day course includes interactive lectures, hands-on skill stations, and assessments. Successful participants will receive an internationally recognized ATLS® Provider Certificate (valid for 4 years).
